What is the big news?
While the press is all talking about the video iPod, I think the coolest technology Steve Jobs introduced today might be Front Row.

It would seem that Steve Jobs has some sort of grand plan to use the iMac (or something like it) and iTunes to out be the entertainment hub of the home. Front Row could be extended with the capabilities in iTunes 6 (notably video) to provide PVR type functionality. TiVo recently stareted offering video downloads but Apple could bring it all together. Of course, they would have to offer a larger screen than 20 inches to make this a replacement for my TV, TiVo, and home theatre system.
